Every service visit is thorough, professional and follows the manufacturer's guidelines.
Homes near the sea
Salt in the air near the coast gradually corrodes the fins, fixings and casing of outdoor heat pump units. At each service we clean the coil, check the fixings and the condensate drain, and point out any corrosion before it becomes a fault.
Landlords and letting agents
If you look after several properties, a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contract puts every heat pump, solar system and charger on one annual schedule, with priority response for faults. Each visit is recorded, which helps keep manufacturer warranties valid and gives you a clear maintenance history for each property.
Solar PV and batteries
Solar panels need little maintenance, but inverters don't last as long as the panels. We check inverter health and generation, test the DC and AC isolators, and diagnose faults on solar and battery systems from any installer.
Read our guides to how often a heat pump should be serviced and whether solar panels need servicing.
