Our engineers carry out annual services, performance checks and fault diagnosis for systems from any installer.
Solar PV from the Feed-in Tariff years
Many solar systems in and around the city were fitted while the Feed-in Tariff was open to new applicants, between 2010 and 2019. The Energy Saving Trust says an inverter usually needs replacing after around 12 years, so a lot of these systems are now due for an inverter check.
If your generation has dropped or the inverter is showing a fault light, we test the panels, isolators and inverter and tell you whether it can be repaired or needs replacing.
Batteries added to existing systems
We also look after home batteries, including systems added to existing solar panels, with diagnostics, firmware updates where applicable, performance testing and safety checks.
Read our guides to how often a heat pump should be serviced and whether solar panels need servicing.
