Common questions
What should I do if my heat pump stops working?
Check the controller is on and set to heat, that nothing has tripped at the consumer unit, and that the outdoor unit isn't blocked. Note any error code, then call us. If a breaker keeps tripping, you smell burning or water is leaking from pipes or the cylinder, switch off at the isolator and call straight away. If you just have no heating, leave the power on so the frost protection keeps working.
