An island city by the sea
Salt in the air near the coast gradually corrodes the fins, fixings and casing of outdoor heat pump units. At each service we clean the coil, check the fixings and the condensate drain, and point out any corrosion before it becomes a fault.
Housing providers and property portfolios
Our planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts suit multi-property landlords, housing developments, local authorities and commercial property portfolios. Scheduled annual servicing and priority response for faults reduce the risk of breakdowns and make maintenance easier to budget for.
