Do you service heat pumps in the New Forest that you didn't install?
Yes. We service and repair systems fitted by other installers as well as our own. At the first visit we check the paperwork and warranty position and tell you what we find.
How often should my heat pump be serviced?
Once a year. Manufacturers such as Daikin recommend an annual service, and many make it a condition of their warranty, so it's worth keeping a record of each visit.
